Overview
Before attending West Virginia University College of Law, Stan Heflin worked as a project manager for his family’s construction company. He credits that experience for allowing him unique insight into the needs and concerns of business owners and those in the construction industry.
Stan has been practicing law since 2015. His practice focuses on general litigation, construction law, insurance defense, employment liability and product liability.
“I am passionate about helping my clients navigate a legal system they may not be familiar with to help them achieve their goals. Being able to relieve their worry and stress is rewarding.”
Stan resides in Clarksburg with his wife, Sarah, and their four children, where you can find them cheering on the Mountaineers. He is also actively involved in the community, volunteering his time to coach youth sports and attending church.
