Summary judgment obtained in the Circuit Court of Mercer County

In December 2023, Sam Fox and Amy Malone obtained summary judgment for their clients in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia. Their radiologist and hospital clients had been sued for alleged medical negligence involving an infected lower extremity and subsequent below-the-knee amputation. The case was scheduled to go to trial in January 2024.
