July 2026

Flaherty is pleased to announce that Chris Brumley has been elected by the firm's Management Committee to serve as Managing Member, effective immediately.

Chris succeeds Tyler Dinsmore, who led Flaherty through a period of unprecedented change. During the COVID-19 pandemic and the years that followed, Tyler's steady leadership helped the firm navigate evolving challenges while strengthening its culture, expanding its services, and upholding the exceptional client service for which Flaherty is known.

As Managing Member, Chris will work alongside the firm's leadership team to build on that momentum, ensuring that Flaherty continues to provide outstanding legal counsel while investing in the firm's future and the clients it serves.

"Flaherty has never been better positioned for the future," said Tyler Dinsmore. "We have an exceptional team of attorneys and professionals, a strong culture, and a clear vision for where we're headed. Chris is a thoughtful leader who understands our firm's values and our commitment to client service. I have every confidence that Flaherty is in excellent hands."

For clients, the leadership transition represents continuity and stability. The firm's experienced attorneys, collaborative approach, and focus on delivering practical, results-oriented legal solutions remain at the core of its mission.

"Our clients entrust us with matters that are critical to their businesses, and that responsibility drives everything we do," said Chris Brumley. With offices throughout West Virginia, Flaherty remains committed to delivering responsive, practical legal counsel while expanding its capabilities and strengthening the relationships that have defined the firm.
