Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is pleased to announce that James W. Lane, Jr., Wesley P. Page and Jason J. Wade have been elected Members.

Jim Lane joined Flaherty in 2013 with 20 years of experience in financial services law. His focus is bankruptcy, creditors’ rights matters, business transactions and business-related disputes. In addition to financial services, Lane has vast experience in commercial transactions, real estate title work, real estate disputes and commercial litigation. He also assists and advises creditors in the collection of consumer loans.

Wes Page joined Flaherty after practicing exclusively in Federal Court for five years – both Civil and Criminal. Although he primarily concentrates his practice on insurance and commercial litigation, he is also the firm’s sole attorney handling Federal Criminal Defense. In addition, he is developing a robust practice in the area of outdoor recreation, having defended multiple cases and advised various providers in this arena.

Jason Wade joined Flaherty’s Wheeling office in 2009. He focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense and long-term care. In addition to healthcare law, Wade has experience in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction law and deliberate intent. He also assists in legal malpractice matters.
