Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is pleased to announce that Eric T. Frye, Keith R. Hoover, Lindsey M. Saad, Bradley J. Schmalzer and Luke T. Schmitt have been elected Members.

Eric Frye joined Flaherty in 2009. His practice focuses on Deliberate Intent, Negligence, Personal Injury, Regulatory issues and Employment-related issues such as Wrongful Termination and Discrimination. A Southern West Virginia native, Eric is keenly in tune with natural resources development and the resulting economic impact.

Joining the firm in 2010, Keith Hoover has successfully represented businesses in breach of contract actions and commercial arbitrations, won summary judgment for insurance companies in coverage disputes and for employers in deliberate intent cases and helped achieve successful defense verdicts at trial.

Lindsey Saad joined Flaherty’s Morgantown office in the fall of 2009. Her practice focuses on long-term care and product litigation, with a special emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Lindsey is highly skilled at managing and working on large, complex cases that require special attention to detail.

Bradley Schmalzer joined the firm in the summer of 2009 and concentrates his practice in the areas of Workplace Liability, Business and Product Litigation. Brad is also well-versed in the practice of administrative and regulatory law before state and federal government agencies.

Luke Schmitt joined Flaherty’s Wheeling office in 2012 and has been a practicing litigation attorney since 2008. He primarily focuses on defending health care professionals in medical negligence actions and other aspects of health care law.  Luke also practices in commercial/general litigation, workplace liability, and construction litigation.
