Overview

Abigail Neal focuses her practice on lemon law/breach of warranty and general litigation. She brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to her work, helping clients navigate legal challenges through careful preparation, thoughtful strategy, and practical problem-solving.

As a first-generation attorney, Abigail was drawn to the legal profession by its intellectual challenges and the opportunity to advocate for others. She enjoys examining complex issues, identifying details that may not be immediately apparent, and developing well-reasoned solutions. She recognizes that every client's circumstances are unique and takes the time to understand their concerns and priorities before determining an appropriate course of action.

A Charleston, West Virginia native, Abigail is excited to return to her hometown to build her legal career and serve the community where she grew up. She earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law, where she gained practical experience working with clients through the school's Immigration Clinic.

Outside the office, Abigail enjoys cooking, traveling, attending community events throughout West Virginia, and spending time with family and friends, particularly her fiancé, Nick.
