Overview

James Stebbins has been practicing law for nearly 30 years. He joined Flaherty’s Charleston office in 2022. James has significant experience in a wide variety of litigation matters. He can handle all aspects of litigation through discovery, trial and appeal.

Outside of the office, James enjoys spending his time golfing or on the slopes.
