Overview

Sierra Dotson brings a strong work ethic, determination, and a client-focused approach to her legal practice. She focuses on medical malpractice defense, healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, insurance coverage disputes, and complex litigation. She also assists clients with commercial matters, long-term care facility issues, estate planning, and general counsel services.

Sierra's commitment to advocacy stems from her upbringing in Mingo County, West Virginia. The daughter of a nurse and a coal miner, she learned early the importance of hard work, perseverance, and service to others. Those values continue to shape how she practices law and her dedication to the clients she represents.

Sierra understands that legal challenges can significantly affect her clients' businesses, livelihoods, and futures. She takes a thoughtful, strategic approach to each matter, working to understand her clients' priorities, anticipate challenges, and develop practical solutions that protect their interests. Whether defending a healthcare provider, navigating a regulatory issue, or resolving a complex dispute, she strives to provide clear guidance and dedicated representation.

Outside the office, Sierra enjoys cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers and spending time with her golden retriever, Leo.
