Flaherty Welcomes Attorney Jesse Krueger

Flaherty is pleased to welcome Jesse Krueger to the firm’s Wheeling office.

Jesse is a business-focused attorney with more than a decade of experience advising organizations on commercial, operational, and strategic legal matters. His practice focuses on helping clients address the intersection of law, risk, and business strategy, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and dispute prevention.

Before joining Flaherty, Jesse served as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel, at a global technology company, where he served as de facto General Counsel during a period of rapid growth. In that role, he provided counsel to executive leadership on enterprise risk, governance, compliance, data privacy, and emerging technology initiatives.

In addition to his legal practice, Jesse has shared his knowledge as an adjunct instructor, teaching graduate-level courses in legal writing, ethics, and professional communication at Washington & Jefferson College.
