Jesse J. Krueger

Jesse Krueger is a business-focused attorney with more than a decade of experience advising organizations on commercial, operational, and strategic legal matters. His practice centers on helping clients navigate the intersection of law, risk, and business strategy, with a focus on commercial transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and dispute prevention.

Jesse’s path to the law was shaped early through volunteer work that brought him regularly into courtrooms, where he developed a lasting respect for the law as a disciplined system grounded in accountability, judgment, and real-world consequences. That perspective continues to inform his work today as he helps clients bring structure and clarity to complex, high-stakes situations.

Prior to joining Flaherty, Jesse served as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel for a global technology company, acting as de facto General Counsel during a period of rapid growth. In that role, he advised executive leadership on enterprise risk, governance, compliance, data privacy, and emerging technology initiatives, including responsible AI governance. He negotiated and oversaw commercial agreements exceeding $100 million, supported mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings totaling more than $1 billion, and helped organizations reduce risk and improve efficiency by building scalable legal systems and workflows.

In addition to his legal practice, Jesse has taught graduate-level courses in legal writing, ethics, and professional communication as an adjunct instructor at Washington & Jefferson College. Outside of work, he is active in community leadership and education, serving in volunteer leadership roles with Scouting America and remaining deeply committed to mentoring and youth development.
