Flaherty Welcomes Back Attorney Jason Wade

Flaherty is pleased to welcome Jason Wade back to the firm’s Wheeling office.

A Wheeling native, Jason first joined the firm in 2009 and focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense and long-term care litigation. He has extensive experience representing healthcare providers through all stages of litigation, delivering strategic, results-oriented advocacy.

In 2024, Jason gained valuable in-house experience with a healthcare liability management company, deepening his insight into risk management and the operational challenges facing providers. He returns to Flaherty with an enhanced, practical perspective that benefits his clients.

Jason is known for his rigorous defense of physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, develop effective litigation strategies, and defend against complex and often unfounded claims.
