Overview
A Wheeling native, Jason Wade originally joined the firm in 2009, focusing his practice on medical malpractice defense and long-term care litigation. After gaining valuable in-house experience at a healthcare liability management company in 2024, Jason has returned to the firm, bringing an even deeper understanding of the challenges healthcare providers face.
Jason’s experience, commitment, and strong desire to protect the rights of physicians and nursing homes set him apart and allow his clients to rely on a rigorous, strategic defense. He takes pride in gaining a full understanding of his clients’ goals, developing effective litigation strategies, and defending against the many frivolous claims brought against quality healthcare providers.
Outside the office, Jason enjoys attending local sporting events and spending time outdoors with his children.
