Flaherty Welcomes New Associate Alysson Fleenor

Flaherty is pleased to welcome Alysson B. Fleenor to the firm's Charleston office. Aly works with clients on commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy matters, and corporate transactions.

Aly earned her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and held multiple leadership roles. During law school, she was recognized for her academic achievement, leadership, and dedication to community service and pro bono work.

Aly’s interest in the law was shaped by a strong commitment to service and advocacy. She began her legal career practicing family law, where she worked closely with clients navigating complex and often emotional situations. That experience strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, manage sensitive issues, and approach legal problems with care and practicality.
