Flaherty Welcomes New Human Resources Director, Ashley S. Hale

Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is pleased to announce that Ashley S. Hale, SHRM-CP, has joined the firm as its Human Resources Director.

Ashley is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), holds a B.A. in Counseling from Bob Jones University, and an HR Generalist Certificate from Greenville Technical College. In addition, she has an Adult Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Work@Health Employer Training Certification from the CDC, and a Career Coach Certification from the International Association of Professions Career College. 

“Ashley is a great addition to our Flaherty team,” said Mike Bumgarner, CEO. “With her experience in Human Resources, we’re looking forward to her fostering great employee relationships and continuing our history of an engaged and inclusive firm.”

Ashley has found her passion in Human Resources and is a member of her local SHRM Chapter, where she is currently serving as President. She was awarded The State Journal’s Generation Next 40 Under 40 in 2020.
