Flaherty Welcomes Olubunmi Kusimo-Frazier as Senior Counsel
Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is pleased to welcome Olubunmi T. Kusimo-Frazier as Senior Counsel in the firm's Charleston office. An accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience in medical malpractice defense, civil litigation, and complex legal matters, Kusimo-Frazier brings a unique perspective shaped by her work as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and counsel to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
Throughout her career, Kusimo-Frazier has represented clients in state and federal courts, defended medical device and product liability claims, and advised organizations on a wide range of legal issues. In her previous roles with the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, she served as Deputy Counsel and Director and Manager of Magistrate Services, overseeing the state's 55 magistrate courts and approximately 450 employees.
In addition to her litigation practice, Kusimo-Frazier remains active in the legal profession and her community. She serves on the boards of YWCA Charleston and the West Virginia Bar Foundation and is a commissioner on the West Virginia Juvenile Justice Commission. She also founded JusticeReach.ai, an initiative focused on making legal information more accessible.
