Michael T. Bumgarner Elected to ALA Board of Directors

Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso is pleased to announce that Michael T. Bumgarner, CPA, CLM, CGMA, Chief Operating Officer, has been elected to the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) Board of Directors. He will serve as an At-Large Director for a three-year term beginning in 2017 and is the first independent member elected to the Board.

Mike, who is one of only 400 Certified Legal Managers (CLM) worldwide and was the first CLM in West Virginia, previously served six years on the ALA Certification Committee and currently is completing his two-year term as a Region 3 Representative. He has been a member of ALA for 14 years.

Mike joined Flaherty in 2002 as the Firm Manager and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2009.
