Overview

Nathaniel D. Griffith is an experienced civil litigator who defends clients in complex, high-exposure matters. His practice includes catastrophic personal injury claims, construction defect cases, premises liability, product liability, employment law, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Nate represents insurers, businesses, and individuals across a broad range of disputes and maintains an active appellate practice, having handled appeals before the West Virginia Intermediate Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Nate is known for his practical, results-driven approach and his willingness to take cases through trial when necessary. With more than fifteen years of experience, he has tried over twenty cases in both state and federal courts. His clients rely on his ability to combine thoughtful legal analysis with the persistence and grit required for effective courtroom advocacy.

Throughout his practice, Nate has developed a reputation for handling complex litigation with precision and efficiency. He has been involved in numerous significant cases that have shaped West Virginia law.

Nate is an active member of the legal community, having served as President of the Monongalia County Bar Association after serving as Vice President.

Outside of his practice, Nate enjoys spending time with his two children, cooking, and being outdoors.
