Flaherty is pleased to welcome attorneys Tiffany R. Durst, Nathaniel D. Griffith, Lexus D. Allen, and Duane J. Ruggier III to the firm. Based in our Morgantown office, the group enhances Flaherty’s litigation capabilities and depth of experience.

Tiffany R. Durst is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney with nearly three decades of experience defending clients in complex civil litigation. Her practice focuses on employment law, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, transportation, governmental and municipal liability, civil rights claims, and medical and legal malpractice defense.

Nathaniel D. Griffith is an experienced civil litigator who defends clients in complex, high-exposure matters. His practice includes catastrophic personal injury claims, construction defect cases, premises liability, product liability, employment law, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He has significant trial experience and represents clients in both state and federal courts.

Lexus D. Allen represents clients across a wide range of defense matters, including insurance defense, civil rights, wrongful death, deliberate intent, employment, and construction litigation. She brings a practical, results-oriented approach to complex disputes.

Duane J. Ruggier III focuses his practice on trucking litigation, construction disputes, personal injury, civil rights claims, and medical malpractice defense. He represents clients in a range of complex matters, approaching each case with a practical, detail-oriented strategy tailored to the client’s goals.
