A highly skilled negotiator, Tyler Dinsmore has been with the firm for 30 years. He serves as our Managing Member and Chairs the Complex Tort and Product Liability Group – concentrating his skill in the complex world of asbestos defense.

He works to reduce indemnity expenses and to provide cost-effective, prompt service. “I strive to provide the best results possible for each client, in each matter, at the best value.” “I evaluate cases early, develop with the client a defense/resolution strategy, and zealously implement our plan.”

Tyler has managed more than 50,000 suits against product manufacturers and contractors in asbestos litigation, including those involving several Fortune 500 companies.

Presently, Tyler serves on the Audit Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia and as a Trustee of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. He is also actively involved in Legal Aid and Manna Meal. A devoted husband, father, and father-in-law,  Tyler also enjoys fly-fishing and hunting with his Llewellyn Setters.
